Helping women navigate separation and divorce with calm, clarity, and confidence
About Me
Hi, I’m Michelle—Divorce Coach, mum, and someone who knows firsthand how overwhelming this journey can feel.
My path into coaching wasn’t a straight line; it grew from years of navigating complex relationship breakdowns, legal systems, and rebuilding my life from the ground up. Along the way, I realised something important: women deserve support that is both emotionally grounding and practically helpful, delivered by someone who genuinely understands.
Today, I bring my lived experience, training, and compassion into the work I do — helping women move from confusion and stress to clarity, confidence, and calm.
My Approach
Support that meets you where you are
My coaching combines emotional steadiness, clear communication strategies, and practical guidance. I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can breathe, unpack what’s happening, and find your next steps with confidence.
Whether you’re dealing with a difficult co-parenting situation, preparing for legal processes, or trying to find your footing again, I’m here to help you feel grounded and supported.
My Values
Compassion - I listen deeply and meet you with empathy, understanding, and respect.
Empowerment - You deserve to feel strong and capable — not alone or unsure.
Clarity - I help you untangle the overwhelm so you can make decisions with confidence.
Practical Support - Real tools, real strategies, real guidance for real-life challenges.
These values guide every session and every conversation I have with my clients. My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you can make decisions from a place of confidence — not fear.
